With the help of this website we have presented basic knowledge of plastics which consists of all aspects of plastics materials, though our main focus being on bioplastics. It gives preliminary information on polymers/plastics for an individual who is not familiar with the field of plastics. This general information of plastics will be available in the Guest or Non-members’ area.

In addition, Members’ Area has also been introduced which is absolutely free. A compilation of necessary information through technical papers, information readily available on the websites, videos, power point presentations and all other information that is related to bioplastics is included in the Members’ Area.  In this section, you will get to know more about the people and organizations that are actively involved in green revolution. It also has a special section called “Innovation Lounge” where anyone can share their ideas and that idea can be about coming up with any novel concept that would contribute towards even greener world. Updates and newsletters are quite important as they give global perspective on recent developments in the field of interest. So, another advantage of being a member is that you will be updated with the recent information by receiving monthly updates and newsletters related to bioplastics.
